Estimated delivery time

Estimated delivery is the number of working days, that it will take for the buyer to receive the item based on the seller's dispatch time, the transit time for the delivery service(s) offered, the buyer's location and when we receives cleared payment. A payment is considered "cleared" after your payment has been deposited into the our account. If you pay using money order, your payment may take several days to clear.

  • Dispatch time

The dispatch time is the number of business days we will take to ship the item after receiving your cleared payment. Usually, this 2-3 business days. We can offer you an additional express 1-day dispatch option too.

  • Transit time

Transit time depends on the destination of the shipment: allow approx. 6 working days within Europe; and approx. 15 working days outside of Europe.

Please note: the logistics provider is responsible for the shipment of articles, therefore we cannot accept any liability if delivery does not occur within the time period stated above. To be on the safe side, please reckon with slightly longer delivery times during the pre-Christmas period.

Delivery options


We ship  worldwide   including Europe, USA, Asia and Australia All packages are shipped with  first class Airmail and tracking information.   Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with any tracking information available -- you can check order status by logging into your account.

Standard Delivery. Orders usually ship within 2-3 business days. When you place your order, please allow time for processing in addition to the time it takes for the box to get to you once it has shipped.

Express 1-day dispatch option. With the Express 1-day dispatch option, confirmed order must be received by 12:00 PM (GMT+3:00) time on the business day you order (additional cost 3.00 EUR). We will despatch the goods on the same or following business day. We do not have Saturday service as an option.

Free Delivery. Free shipping available only for order 360€ or more (excl.VAT and shipping)!

Sorry, we don't ship to P.O. BOX addresses!

Please verify your shipping address, if your order is undeliverable and returned to us, you will be charged another shipping fee to re-ship the order.

  • Order received (unpaid)

  • Processing
  • Payment received and stock has been reduced- the order is awaiting fulfillment.

  • Processsed
  • Stock has been reduced. We haven't received your payment yet.

  • Complete
  • We received your payment today. Your order is being packed and will be dispatched within the next working days.

  • Shipped
  • We have given your order to the delivery service. You should receive a shipping email from us which will contain your tracking link.

We will accept the return of any item you are not satisfied with 14 (fourteen) days of the receipt date. For these returns, contact us via special Return form for return authorization, and there will be no restocking fee.

When emailing for the return authorization, please be sure to include the Order Number and the reason for the return.

If approved, we will reply back with return address.

All goods must be packed in the original packaging and be sent back certainly packed. The buyer is responsible(clings) for damage.

We are unable to reimburse return shipping costs. Refund will be given as money back. We return money after the items is received and inspected via method of original payment.
